“I am very excited. Barcelona is a dream club that has become a reality. They have won many prestigious trophies,” Rashford said as quoted by Reuters.
Rashford added that his move to Barcelona is a great opportunity to develop his career. “I've been in the Premier League for a long time, and now it's time to try a new challenge in La Liga. I want to learn, develop, and help Barcelona achieve its big goals this season,” he said.
Rashford's arrival was greeted enthusiastically by coach Xavi Hernandez.
